We do not Process your “sensitive data” (information about your race, ethnic origin, religion, physical or mental health, political opinions, sexual life, any actual or alleged criminal offence, or genetic and biometric data).
6. Disclosure of Personal Data to recipients

(b) The recipient enters into standard data protection clauses with us that have been approved by the European Commission and/or the Government of the UK; or
(c) The recipient has committed to complying with the binding corporate rules in accordance with Art.47 of the GDPR.

8. Storage limit of Personal Data
We will retain the Personal Data that we collect about you for the period necessary to Process such Personal Data, except to the extent that we are required by law to retain it for a longer period of time, in which case, we will retain it for the period required by law.

You have a number of legal rights in relation to the Personal Data that we hold about you. These rights may vary depending on where you are located and which data protection laws apply to the relationship between you and us, but will typically include the following:
